Our Commitment to You
Why responsible gaming is central to how pkrber operates
pkrber was designed for Pakistani players who want a straightforward, trustworthy place to bet on cricket, play casino games, and enjoy slots — in Pakistani Rupees, using familiar payment methods like JazzCash and Easypaisa. But from day one, responsible gaming was built into the platform as an operational priority, not an afterthought added to satisfy a checkbox.
The reality is that for the vast majority of players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and everywhere else in Pakistan, betting is a form of entertainment — like watching a PSL match or following an international cricket series. Most players set a budget, stick to it, enjoy the experience, and move on with their day. pkrber is designed to serve that majority well.
But gambling can become a problem for some people, and pkrber takes that seriously. Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of income, profession, or how long they have been playing. It does not discriminate, and neither does the support pkrber offers. Every tool on this page is available to every pkrber account holder — no questions asked, no waiting period, no judgment.
pkrber also enforces a strict 18+ age restriction. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the pkrber platform. Age verification is required as part of the account setup process, and accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended immediately.
Need to Step Away?
Self-exclusion is available immediately. Log into your pkrber account and access it via Settings, or email [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request". No cooling-off period is required.
Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the elected period. Minimum exclusion is 6 months.
Log in to your pkrber account and go to Account Settings.
Select "Responsible Gaming" and choose "Self-Exclusion".
Choose your exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent).
Confirm. Your account will be locked immediately, no reversal possible during the period.
Player Control Tools
Six tools available in every pkrber account — no support request needed to activate
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly ceiling on how much you can deposit to your pkrber account in PKR. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period — decreasing takes effect at once.
Loss Limits
Cap the maximum amount you can lose on pkrber over a defined period. Loss limits are calculated from net losses (deposits minus withdrawals) across your entire account activity, in PKR.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for any single pkrber session. When your session reaches the limit, you will be automatically logged out. The timer resets with each new login, not each bet.
Reality Checks
Opt in to on-screen notifications that appear at regular intervals — every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours — reminding you how long your current pkrber session has been active and your net session result in PKR.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a short break from pkrber without committing to full self-exclusion. Choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time your account remains but deposits and bets are disabled.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently or temporarily close your pkrber account for a defined period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Recognising these patterns early can help you take action before things escalate
Chasing Losses
Increasing bets to try to recover money you have already lost — a common early sign that betting has moved from entertainment to compulsion.
Losing Track of Time
Regularly spending more time on pkrber than planned, or finding that sessions extend well beyond what you intended when you logged in.
Hiding Activity
Concealing your betting activity from family or friends in Karachi or Lahore, or feeling uncomfortable discussing your gambling history honestly.
Betting Beyond Budget
Using money intended for rent, utility bills, or household expenses to fund gambling — or borrowing money to continue playing.
Self-Assessment Checklist
Answer honestly — if several of these apply, consider using pkrber's self-exclusion tool
Ask Yourself
Have you ever bet more than you could afford to lose in a single session on pkrber or any other platform?
Have you needed to increase the size of your bets to get the same level of excitement?
Have you tried to cut back on gambling but found it difficult or impossible to do so?
Have you lied to a family member or friend about how much time or money you spend betting?
Have you borrowed money or sold possessions to fund gambling activity in the past 12 months?
Has gambling caused you to neglect work, studies, family time, or other important responsibilities?
If you answered yes to two or more of the above, we strongly encourage you to use pkrber's self-exclusion tool or contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Tips for Responsible Play on pkrber
Practical habits that keep gambling fun and within healthy boundaries
Set a budget before you start
Decide how much PKR you are comfortable losing before you log in — not after. Use pkrber's deposit limit tool to enforce that budget automatically, so there is no temptation to top up "just one more time".
Treat winnings as a bonus, not income
Gambling outcomes are determined by chance. There is no reliable method to predict the result of a cricket match or a slot spin. Never count on pkrber winnings to cover regular expenses.
Take regular breaks
Use pkrber's session timer and reality check notifications. Stepping away — even for a short walk around your neighbourhood in Islamabad or Faisalabad — helps you reassess how you're feeling and whether to continue.
Do not gamble when emotional or stressed
Decisions made when you are upset, anxious, or under financial pressure are rarely the decisions you would make with a clear head. If you are going through a difficult period, it is always better to use a cooling-off period on pkrber and return when you are in a calmer state.
