1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkrber ("pkrber", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at pkrber.net and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and depositing players.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pkrber will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of pkrber is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrber operates a strict 18+ policy. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, not as a professional bettor operating on behalf of a commercial entity without prior written approval from pkrber.
• You must ensure that online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited or otherwise unlawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. pkrber makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where pkrber has elected to restrict or exclude access, as communicated from time to time.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise excluded from the Platform pursuant to any responsible gaming measure, whether initiated by you or by pkrber.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one pkrber account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pkrber account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number or email address. You must promptly notify pkrber of any changes to your registered information by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrber login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkrber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkrber support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkrber may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkrber currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your pkrber account at the time of the transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pkrber balance within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are generally processed within one hour; bank withdrawals within four hours during standard business hours, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

pkrber requires that all deposits be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is accepted, unless pkrber notifies you otherwise in writing. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pkrber Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. pkrber reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on suspended markets, or where a clear pricing error ("palpable error") has occurred.
• pkrber may impose individual account betting limits at its discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event, pkrber's determination based on official governing body results shall be final, subject only to manifest error.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time and bets placed on suspended markets may be voided.
• Any attempt to exploit latency, delayed data feeds, or known pricing errors constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.

6. Bonus & Promotions

pkrber offers bonuses, cashback, and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion before withdrawal of any winnings derived from bonus play.
• pkrber reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage, or coordination with other users — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrber Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or latency in data feeds.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, cheating, or collusion.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkrber staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where pkrber has restricted access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrber Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of pkrber or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from pkrber is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. pkrber's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your pkrber account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

pkrber is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings in PKR.
• Session time limits: Restrict the duration of any single Platform session.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality checks: Opt-in notifications that alert you to the duration of your current session at intervals you choose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pkrber reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case changes take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal operating guidelines of pkrber. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where irreparable harm would otherwise result.
